Pro Flow Dynamics A100-PP 1" Male Camlock & Groove Adapter x 1" Female NPT Thread, Type A, Polypropylene

The Plastic Type A Male Adapter is a Male Cam and Groove x Female NPT Thread.

Uses:

• Used to install a Male Adapter onto a Male Thread.
• Used to connect with a Female Coupler of the same size.

Compatibility:

• Recommended to be used with other Polypropylene, Plastic, PVC and Banjo Camlocks.
• Generally not used with other metal fittings, although they will couple.
• Metal Male Threads can damage plastic fittings, since they expand the fitting from the inside.
• Metal Female Threads are more suitable to use, since they wont crack plastic fittings.

Installation:

• Thread the Female NPT portion of the plastic pipe fitting onto a Male NPT Thread.
• Then insert the Type A Adapter into a Female Coupler and close the two cam lever arms.
• For a quick disconnect, open the cam handles and remove the adapter.
