PCE Instruments PCE-VTS 50-DFG N 500-KIT Motorized Force Test Stand and Force Gauge Kit with Sampling rate 1600 Hz

The digital force gauge is for tensile and compressive force measurements up to 500 N. The digital force gauge provides precise measurements with a resolution of 0.1 N. The measured values are shown on a large, illuminated display that can be rotated by 180°, so that the measured values can be read in the correct position at all times. There is an excellent accuracy of ± 0.1%.

In addition to the internal storage facility for 100 measured values, a USB interface is available for data transfer. The software can be used to save the measured values on a computer for later evaluation.

Due to its robust housing, sensible menu navigation and simple operation via 8 buttons, the digital force gauge is characterized by a high level of user-friendliness. The force meter is powered by rechargeable batteries, which can be charged using a charger included in the scope of delivery and enable the device to operate continuously for 10 hours. With these properties, the digital force gauge is suitable for quality control in the production area, for incoming and outgoing goods control as well as for the development of new components or for testing safety-relevant components.

The motorized force test stand can be used for vertical tensile and compressive force tests. All force gauges from PCE Instruments can be mounted on the force test stand (if necessary with an adapter plate). The force test stand can withstand a maximum load of 500 N. The use of the motorized test stand offers the operator the most precise equality of test stand and sample. The automatic test mode allows tests to be carried out automatically up to a certain point using the test stand. A manual force test mode allows forces to be applied at specific points.

The maximum force range of the motorized test stand is 50 kg. The force test stand is operated via mains voltage.
