The Material Tester is a high-precision testing device for calibrating and checking the function of torque spanners in industrial and technical applications. Developed for professional use, the tester enables the reliable measurement of torques of up to 50 Nm / 37 ft-lb and is therefore ideal for use in the automotive industry, mechanical engineering and research and development.

With the option of switching between real-time and peak value mode, the Material Tester offers flexible handling and maximum control when analyzing measurement results. The limit value function warns on the display if defined values are exceeded or not reached, which increases safety and quality assurance in the work process with the Material Tester.

The measurement results are displayed in various units such as Nm, kgf cm or lbf in and can be saved internally. Up to 99 measured values can be stored in the device and called up as required. With a measuring accuracy of ±1%, the Material Tester guarantees reliable results even in demanding applications.
