The precision food thermometer PCE-T 318 is a measuring device for connecting resistance sensors. All platinum resistance sensors according to IEC751 can be connected to this precision food thermometer. Pt100 sensors have a resistance of 100 Ohm at 0.0 °C. The measuring range extends from -100 ... 300 °C / -148 ... 572 °F. The temperature is resolved with 0.1 on the PCE-T 318. The platinum sensors are connected to the measuring device in 4-wire technology. In addition to continuous temperature measurement, the precision food thermometer has a manual hold function. Here the user can freeze the measured value in the display by pressing a button. The temperature measuring device is also equipped with an automatic min, max and mean value function.
