Overview

The portable Surface Testing - Surface Resistance Meter on the principle of a two-point pin probe and enables simple and reliable measurement of the surface resistivity of materials - without the need for a megohmmeter, electrometer or other high-voltage measuring devices.

Thanks to its slim and handy design, the device can be conveniently operated with one hand and is ideal for on-site testing or mobile use in production and laboratories. Despite its compact size, it delivers precise results for quickly assessing whether a material is insulating, dissipative or conductive.

The Surface Testing - Surface Resistance Meter uses gold-plated, spring-loaded electrodes that ensure excellent contact with a wide variety of surfaces and minimize contact resistance. All electrodes are replaceable ATE quality pogo pin probes, made from beryllium copper with a hard gold plating of at least 60 microinches - robust, durable and precise.

The two-point probe head is directly connected to an integrated surface resistance measuring device, which measures the surface resistance at a test voltage of approx. 9 volts. The measurement results are shown on a colored LED display. This allows the ESD properties of a material to be clearly recognized at a glance.

With its combination of precise technology, easy handling, compact design and clear LED display, this Surface Testing - Surface Resistance Meter is the perfect solution for quick on-site testing, quality control and ESD compliance tests in production, laboratories and development.
