The universal testing machine measures both tensile forces and compressive forces and this with a very high resolution. The tensile force and the compressive force are often determined in the test laboratory, e.g. to determine the yield point, the tear-off force, the force required to operate a button or switch. The force gauge is supplied with an external measuring cell. Depending on the model, the force gauge can measure up to 10,000 N / 2,248 lbs. Models for 1000N / 225 lbs, 2500N / 562 lbs and 5000N / 1,124 lbs are available. Various eyes or hooks with M10 or M12 threads can be adapted in the measuring cells. However, you can mount your own devices with this thread on the measuring cell.

The universal testing machine is equipped with a USB interface. This interface enables the measurement data to be read into the PC software. So it is possible to create measurement reports and to save and export them. The force gauge has a graphic LCD that displays the measured values numerically and graphically. Furthermore, the force gauge is protected according to IP54 and can therefore also be used in harsh industrial environments. Likewise, tensile and compression tests can also be carried out outdoors in poor weather conditions without any problems.

Motorized test stand up to 5000 N

This motorized test stand PCE-MTS500 can be coupled and operated in various versions with force gauges, the PCE series. The motorized test bench allows you to carry out almost all of your compression and tensile force applications with repeatable accuracy. The use of the motorized test bench offers the operator the most precise equality of test bench and sample.

The maximum force range of the motorized test stand is 500 kg. The use of the motorized test bench requires a power connection. The feed speed is variably adjustable between 30 mm/min and 230 mm/min. The precise measurement procedure is thus guaranteed with the motorized test stand. The force test stand is compatible with the following device series: PCE-FB series, PCE-FM series, PCE-LFG series and the PCE-PTR 200.
