Overview
The Hardness Tester impresses with its high precision, versatility and user-friendly operation for reliable hardness measurements in industrial environments. The device supports multiple hardness scales such as HV, HRC, HB and HRB and enables measurements in any direction (360°). The large TFT color display clearly shows the measurement results. The Hardness Tester offers high repeatability of ±3% for HV and HB and ±1.5 for HRC and HRB. The storage of up to 150 measured values enables efficient documentation of the test results, which can be called up in the device.
The Hardness Tester has various measurement modes, including single measurement and averaging of 3, 5 or 10 measurements. The results display with tolerance evaluation shows directly whether the measured values are within the defined range. UCI calibration is possible for various materials such as steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass and user-defined materials. Operation is via an intuitive menu with navigation keys and function keys. The Hardness Tester runs on standard AA batteries and offers an operating time of 6 to 8 hours. Its robust design and compliance with the ASTM A1038 standard make the device ideal for use in quality assurance, materials testing and industrial manufacturing. Typical areas of application include hardness testing of metals, workpieces, components and welds in production, in the laboratory and during incoming goods inspection.
