PACE Technologies ZETA-2000S Abrasive and Lubricant Dispenser

The ZETA-2000S is a multi-bottle, programmable, dispensing unit for metallographic sample preparation. Each bottle is programmed to dispense the exact amount of fluid as needed. This reduces consumables costs and standardizes preparation methods regardless of operator. The ZETA-2000S is fully touchscreen and easy to program and operate.

The ZETA-2000S comes equipped with four empty dispensing bottles. This allows the operator to fill and label them as needed. The ZETA-2000S accepts all of PACE Technologies 500ml abrasive fluids. Additional bottles are purchasable to fill with larger volume consumables. Manual start and stop options allow the ZETA-2000S to be used with any polishing unit on the market. The adjustable arm allows for maximum reach and flexibility. When connected to a FEMTO-S series machine the unit becomes fully automatic. The FEMTO-S machine will auto run and stop based on the set parameters. When used with a FEMTO-S polishing head the full potential of the machine is unlocked. However, a FEMTO is not required to use the ZETA-2000S. This allows the ZETA-2000S to be a versatile machine with the ultimate compatibility with all metallographic polishers.
