Designed to complement PACE Technologies NANO series polishers, this innovative system empowers you to maintain mobility while effectively filtering and removing polishing swarf and abrasives. Featuring a positive pressure pump, the RC-1000A ensures pristine water quality, containing particles as fine as 0.2 μm, eliminating the need for wasteful flow into building drainage systems. The filtration journey commences with a coarse filter, adept at removing larger debris such as torn grinding papers or damaged polishing pads. The three-chamber tank, combined with a counter-current flow mechanism, allows even coarse abrasives to settle when the pump is inactive.

When water is required, the pump engages, directing the effluent through a sequence of precision filters. Beginning with a 1 μm filter, followed by a 0.5 μm filter, and culminating in a meticulous 0.2 μm filter, the system guarantees exceptional water clarity. This process guarantees that your polishing activities remain seamless, with the RC-1000A diligently working to deliver pristine water quality and efficient filtering.
