Overview
5kHz dynamic mode
The dynamic testing function allows the load to switch between two preset parameter values (Level A and Level B) according to defined rules. This feature is used to test the dynamic characteristics of the device under test and can simulate high-speed current changes, with a maximum frequency setting of up to 5kHz.
Comprehensive Multi-Level Protection
The load protection features include overcurrent protection (OCP), overvoltage protection (OVP), overpower protection (OPP), overtemperature protection (OTP), and input polarity reversal protection (LRV/RRV).
Remote Compensation Mode
In CC/CV/CR/CP mode, when a load is connected to a power supply. It will cause a large voltage-drop on the connection lines between tested instrument and terminals of load. Using remote sense you can measure the voltage at the DUTs input terminals, effectively removing the additional error due to the voltage drop in the connection wires.
Battery Capacity Testing (optional)
Equipped with constant current discharge control and intelligent termination criteria (Vstop, Cstop, Tstop), this function simulates battery behavior under diverse loads, enabling precise evaluation of capacity and State of Health. The PC software monitors real-time discharge curves (voltage/current/capacity) to generate high-precision data for R&D, production grading, lifespan/consistency analysis, and post-sales health assessment. It delivers precise discharge analysis and efficient data acquisition to optimize battery validation in new energy, energy storage, and electric vehicles.
Adjustable Current Rise Time: 2A/us
Current rising speed is defined as the speed of transition from one setting to another. You can set the actual transition time from one setting to another by changing the current rising speed. Adjustable current rising speed: 0.001A/μs to 2A/μs.
Static Mode
The electronic load features four static modes: Constant Voltage (CV), Constant Current (CC), Constant Resistance (CR), and Constant Power (CP).
Parallel Operation Mode
Supports parallel operation of multiple units (except in CV mode). Users can connect up to 10 loads via the RS485 communication interface, expanding the total power capacity to a maximum of 4kW and achieving a maximum current of 400A.
OCP/ OPP Testing (optional)
The OCP (Over Current Protection) testing simulates, overcurrent scenarios to evaluate the response effectiveness and stability of overcurrent protection in power supplies or battery modules. The OPP (Over Power Protection) testing verifies the overpower protection mechanism, ensuring precise safeguard triggering under high-power surges and maintaining system safety and operational stability.
