Omnimed 220903 11A Tab Set Top Open Preprinted Poly Divider Sets

Preprinted Poly Chart Dividers are made of strong, flexible heavy gauge polyethylene plastic. These fade resistant dividers are printed in black on one side using an 8 point foil stamping process that produces a clean and easily readable type. Dividers measure 8 ½ inches wide by 11 inches long and are compatible with other charting systems.
