All tips in a lot come from the same mold cavity for low tip to tip and case to case variability. High strength blister packaging protects tips from damage in transport.

Nest automation tips are manufactured to the same standards as the original equipment manufacturers, allowing us to guarantee fit and performance. All tips made from USP grade VI materials under ISO 13485, 9001 and cGMP conditions in ISO 7 cleanrooms. Nest automation tip manufacturing lines feature inline CCD cameras using image recognition software for a 100% inspection rate. This allows for CV values of less than 3% and reliable performance across lots. Each lot comes from the same tip mold to ensure reproducibility and reduce tip to tip variability. Every lot is also tested in house on the compatible liquid handler to guarantee performance. All tips lot tested for CV's, conductivity, DNA, RNase, DNase, sterility, pyrogens, cytotoxins, endotoxins and BSE/TSE.
