Lot tested for coefficient of variation with CV's of less than 3%. Made of conductive (black) polypropylene allowing for liquid detection by capacitive resistance. Molded from a super hydrophobic polypropylene/CTFE copolymer allowing superior low retention performance without sample fouling leachables. Each lot tested in house on a Tecan liquid handler to ensure proper performance. Lot tested for resistance (conductivity). 100% in-line optical inspection of critical parts using high-speed cameras and image recognition software. All tips in a lot come from the same mold cavity for low tip to tip and case to case variability. High strength blister packaging protects tips from damage in transport.
