PA53 FS6 Scan, this scanning platform provides full flexibility on scan and stitch of different fluorescent sample. You can select the use of HBO illuminator or high quality LED illuminator, using combination of different fluorochromes; with or without extended focus (excellent solution for FISH), or z-stacked.

Features:

• PA53 Scan series using a specially designed tube with built-in 1.2 Mpixel camera for focusing and a 5 Mpxiel high resolution sCMOS camera for imaging.
• Lumos LED is recommended for the scan which allow stable and homogenous illumination with very low consumable cost. HBO mercury burner can also be used if preferred.
• 100mm x 100mm high precision motorized stage with smallest step size of 10nm (repeatability better than 200nm) is used, relocation even with 100x objective is not a problem.
• Motorized 5x position nosepiece to allow smooth switching of objectives.

PA53 FS6 - Upright Fluorescence Microscopes

The PA53 FS6 offers a reflected fluorescence illumination system with a high-powered LUMOS LED or traditional mercury-arc lamp set-up. Up to six filter cubes can be inserted into the coded fluorescence turret to ensure optimal multi-color fluorescence observation. The standard configuration PA53 FS6 features mounted, high quality DAPI, FITC, and TRITC filter cubes in addition to 2 empty filter cubes which can be mounted by the user depending on their specific research or application needs. It's also offered a mounted filter cube for FISH analysis which is recommended to be used with the long lifecycle (20,000 + hours) LUMOS LED. The expertly designed, carefully in-house crafted, high-performance Plan UC Fluor objectives provide an ultra-flat, high-contrast image perfect for use with the LUMOS FL LED Lamp to obtain high quality bright fluorescence imaging in the UV-Visible light range.
