Master Lock S1010P410 Lockout Pouch with one Zenex Thermoplastic Padlock One Steel Hasp and Three Safety Tags

With a Zenex™ Thermoplastic padlock, hasp, and tags, this kit has the essentials for lockout and it all fits neatly inside the zippered pouch. Pouch also features a compact, convenient design with velcro straps on back to allow it to be easily applied to or removed from a belt. Straps serve as breakaway feature in the event the pouch becomes caught in machinery, protecting the employee.
