Overview
Chemically-resistant vacuum pump system SH 820 G comprising chemically resistant diaphragm vacuum pump, base plate, separator on suction side and high performance condenser on pressure side. Based on the high level of vapor and condensate compatibility the system is perfectly suited for extremely aggressive / corrosive gases and vapors.
