Durable gate valve lockout designed to fully enclose a valve handle and prevent accidental operation.

The device fully surrounds the valve handle to block access during maintenance or servicing. Its unique rotating design allows for fast, secure application - even in tight or confined spaces -while the tough, lightweight thermoplastic construction resists chemicals and performs reliably in extreme temperatures from -22°F to 284°F. The lockout includes a high-visibility "DANGER" safety label and features padlock holes to accommodate multiple workers in group lockout scenarios.
