IBI Scientific IB96000 Immunoblotter Horizontal Blotting/Washing Unit

The Immunoblotter is ideal for primary and secondary antibody staining of post-Western Blot transfer membranes. Designed to streamline the staining process, it allows for blocking, staining, and rinsing membranes without removing them from the chamber. This not only saves on buffers and costly antibodies but also eliminates the need for rocking platforms. The chamber measures 7.5 cm long by 9 cm wide and has a volume of less than 4ml, requiring only 3-4ml of antibody solution to cover the membrane completely.

Constructed from durable cast acrylic, the Immunoblotter offers reliable performance and longevity. It features an easy-to-use design, allowing you to inject the antibody staining solution directly into the chamber using a luer-lock syringe or small pipette tip. A large syringe connects to the injection port, enabling efficient solution transfer through the exit tube into a waste beaker. The unit also comes with skid-proof rubber feet, a drain tube, and an operation manual. Simply clean with warm water and light detergent between uses.
