IBI Scientific IB72015 20X SSPE Buffer Concentrate 1 L

IBI's 20 X SSPE Buffer is a solution formulated for use nucleic acid hybridization applications. The buffer is comprised of saline, sodium phosphate, and EDTA.

Recommended Use

When reconstituted to a working concentration, the buffered solution is 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, 0.01 M Sodium Phosphate, and 0.001 M EDTA.
