IBI Scientific IB70170 MOPS Powder 100 g

MOPS is a zwitterionic buffer ideally suited for RNA electrophoresis in agarose gels. The 6.5 - 7.9 buffering range works exceptionally well in formaldehyde gels at a concentration of 20 nM. DEPC can be added to ensure the buffer is nuclease contamination-free.
