Phosphate Buffered Saline (PBS) solution is an essential, balanced salt solution widely used in cell culture applications such as washing cells, transporting tissues, diluting cells for counting, and preparing reagents. IBI Scientific's 10X PBS solution is specially formulated without Magnesium, Calcium, Phenol Red, or Sodium Pyruvate, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of experiments.

Our PBS solution is made with Type 1 Nuclease Free and Endotoxin Free, Reagent Grade Water, and undergoes 0.22 micron sterile filtration before being aseptically filled into sterile packaging within ISO 7 sterile suite. Each lot of PBS solution is rigorously tested for sterility, with results documented on the Certificate of Analysis (C of A), guaranteeing a high-quality PBS solution for your research needs.

IBI's 10 X PBS Solution is ideal for use in sample preparation and as a wash buffer in general immunoassay applications, as well as tissue and cell culture procedures. 10 X PBS solution is a modified Dulbecco buffer that does not contain calcium or magnesium.
