IBI Scientific IB47305 RNA Filter Columns & Collection Tubes Replacement Kit - 50 pcs

IBI replacement MINI Total RNA Filter Columns and Collection Tubes have been designed specifically for purifying Total RNA from tissue or plant samples. These columns can be used to utilize excess reagents from other RNA purification products that also use a lysis method. Protocols from the original, complete kit (regardless of brand) may be used with these columns as well. (Note: These replacement columns are NOT RNA-binding columns.)

The RNA Filter Columns and Collection Tubes are a direct replacement for the RNA Filter Columns in the following IBI Total RNA Kits: MINI Total RNA Kit for Tissue (IB47300, IB47301, IB47302, IB47303) and MINI Total RNA Kit for Plant (IB47340, IB47341, IB47342).

• For use following cell lysis measures including lysis reagents, grinding via micropestle, and shearing via passing the lysate through a 20-G needle
• Designed to filter out the excess tissue materials and contaminants prior to the RNA binding step
