IBI Scientific IB47235 DNA Filter Columns & Collection Tubes Replacement Kit (50 pcs)

IBI Replacement MINI Genomic DNA Filter Columns and Collection Tubes have been designed specifically for purifying Genomic DNA from plant samples. These columns can be used to utilize excess reagents from other DNA purification products that also use a lysis method. Protocols from the original, complete kit (regardless of brand) may be used with these columns as well. (Note: These are NOT DNA-binding columns.)

IBIGenomic DNA Filter Columns and Collection Tubes are direct replacements for the filter columns in the following IBI genomic DNA extraction kit: MINI Genomic DNA Kit for Plant (IB47240, IB47241).

The quality of the IBI MINI Genomic DNA Filter Columns and Collection Tubes are tested on a lot-to-lot basis by isolating genomic DNA from 50mg of young leaf samples. The purified DNA is quantified with a spectrophotometer and checked by electrophoresis.
