Neomycin Sulfate Solution is an aminoglycoside antibiotic that inhibits translation by binding to the small subunit of prokaryotic ribosomes. It inhibits PLC, phosphatidylchline-PLD activity, and angiogenin induced angiogenesis. Neomycin is typically used in cell culture applications. The concentration varies from 8.0 - 12.0mg/ml.
