Applications

Standard Safety-Grip tape is used for general applications, it is perfect for use in domestic or commercial environments. Standard Safety-Grip can be used for additional slip-protection on steps, to covering entire walkways. The optimal application temperature for NSTS is 50F or above.

Material

NSTS standard anti slip tape is made from a fine grade aluminum oxide, which makes it suitable for use in a wide range of applications. The grit is a medium anti-slip abrasive coating. Standard Safety-Grip is great for general anti-slip requirements possessing excellent levels of grip (measured as Coefficient of Friction). Safety-Grip is water resistant and has exceptional durability in external or internal areas.

Tape Thickness

Standard Safety-Grip features a total applied thickness of approximately 0.028 inches, providing the ideal balance between durability and flexibility. Its PVC backing measures about 0.004 inches, ensuring strong adhesion while allowing the tape to conform easily to smooth or slightly textured surfaces. This construction delivers a robust, long-lasting layer of slip protection without adding unnecessary bulk, making it suitable for both flat and contoured applications.
