Cushion grip tape is a completely non-abrasive anti slip solution, and thanks to the ‘foaming technique', is very comfortable to walk on in bare feet, making it ideal for places where users will be on their feet for long periods of time. Unlike other plastic alternatives, PU contains no harmful chemicals; this makes the material very versatile and can be used in a number of applications.

Applications

Production lines

The unique properties of this product essentially make it a cushion grip tape that has a cushioning effect. This allows for use on production lines where people can be stood for longer than normal periods of time, while also preventing any potential slips. Applying cushion grip in long length sheets on a surface will ensure the maximum cushion effect.

Truck Beds

Applying cushion grip to truck beds gives you a cushioned non slip surface that will protect any machinery you may put in there, It's non slip properties will also allow you to work safely, particularly when hauling objects in and out.

Tape Thickness

Cushion Grip Tape features a total applied thickness of approximately 0.04 inches, offering enhanced comfort and exceptional anti-slip performance. Its durable PVC construction provides a slightly softer, more forgiving surface underfoot while maintaining strong adhesion and long-term resilience. This thicker profile creates a cushioned, high-traction layer designed to absorb impact, improve grip, and reduce fatigue-making it ideal for areas where users need both slip resistance and added comfort. Despite its increased thickness, the tape remains flexible enough to apply to flat or gently curved surfaces without compromising durability.

Material

Cushion grip tape is produced using PU (Polyurethane). Polyurethane is a strong polymer which is used in a number of applications due to its hardwearing and flexible nature. One of the many benefits of PU is that it provides high levels of cushioning, this is created during the manufacturing process and makes cushion grip the strong anti slip material it has come to be known as. When PU is produced it can be ‘foamed', this then provides a deep cushioning effect that cannot be experienced with other plastics.
