Aqua safe anti slip tape is a standard non abrasive tape, suitable for areas exposed to water. Its plastic construction ensures dimensional stability, then the surface is embossed to create a texture to prevent slips. Manipulation during the production process gives it a rubber feel, meaning it is kind to bare skin.

Aqua safe anti slip tape is a completely waterproof grip tape, allowing the material to be applied in areas where abrasive anti slip tape cannot, swimming pools, showers, baths and bathrooms, restaurant kitchens and more. When wet or dry, Aqua Safe waterproof grip tape has a CoF (Coefficient of Friction) which meets all standards, ensuring a strong grip.

Please note: Aqua safe anti slip tape cannot be applied underwater, but can be submerged once it has been applied to a surface and has had time to cure.

Applications

A brand new application is as a gravel guard. Aqua Safe applied to a truck or car which stops gravel from creating scratches or punctures on the vehicles bodywork.

Tape Thickness

Aqua Safe features a total applied thickness of approximately 0.028 inches, engineered to provide a smooth, comfortable, and highly durable non-abrasive surface. Its flexible PVC construction allows the tape to contour easily around wet-area fixtures, irregular shapes, and lightly textured surfaces. This balanced thickness delivers dependable slip resistance without creating harsh edges or discomfort under bare feet, making it an ideal choice for showers, pools, boats, food-prep areas, and any environment where a gentle yet secure grip is essential.
