French Creek Production 199D Controlled Descent Device with 7/16″ Piece of Kernmantle Rope High Strength Aluminum and Zinc Plated Alloy Steel

This device can be used in conjunction with a full body harness or work seat along with the appropriate fall arrest system. As the lever on the device is moved, friction on the rope decreases and the device will descent.

FrenchCreek's 199D is perfect for a controlled descent to a safe landing area. Simple in its design this device features an auto-locking mechanism should the user accidentally let go of the handle, or squeeze it in a panic situation.
