WANG™ Cytology and Histology Needles

These needles were the first available of its kind, and the inspiration for it all.

Developed by Dr. Ko Pen Wang and offered exclusively by CONMED, the WANG™ needles can be used in virtually every segment of the lung. With cytology and histology versions available, the WANG™ transbronchial aspiration needle line offers different gauge sizes for use by pulmonary medical professionals. Each needle is disposable, easy to use, and offers exclusive features to ensure optimal specimen collection.

Smooth hubs and retractable needles help ensure safe scope passage. A clear Teflon® catheter allows for direct visualization of aspirate. The locking mechanism ensures needle stability when sampling.

All WANG® needles have a 1.9 mm working diameter and a 140 cm working length and are sterile and disposable.
