For PCB and electronic component manufacturing, these labels have an ultra-durable adhesive and are designed to survive extreme processes like wave soldering and multiple harsh washes.
Features:
- Enhanced topcoat is ideal for boards that go through multiple harsh-condition washes
- Labels do not require reflow or preheatings to ensure printing readability
- Smear-resistant, glossy white polyimide material is thermal transfer printable
- UL approved, meets requirements of MIL-STD-202G, Method 215K and has a service temperature of -94° to 212°F (-70° to 100°C)
- This roll has i75-series smart properties on the core that when used in the Brady i7500 printer in conjunction with i75-series smart ribbons, eliminates the need to adjust heat, speed , sensor location and mode, eliminates the need to calibrate out blank wasted labels, and warns the operator if a non-approved ribbon is used with this roll.
- If this roll is used in Brady i5100 or IP model printers it will function with smart operation in those printers with the exception that the Supply Remaining gauge on the display may be overstated.
