Brady 177723 i7500 Printer Replacement Printhead - 600 DPI

For use with the i7500 Industrial Label Printer

Features:

• Ideal for high-precision detail printing including smaller fonts, high-density linear barcodes and 2D barcodes
• Only Brady i7500 print heads can be used in the i7500 printer
• It is highly recommended that printhead replacements or head dpi change be completed by Brady Technical Support which includes ESD-handling and a factory fine-tuning with head alignment.
• Printheads can be changed out by user to a replacement 300 dpi head or with 600 dpi head so long as printer has firmware v2.0 or above (ESD grounding and gloves recommended). If user damages the print head when changing it themselves this may void the warranty.
• To optimize printhead life: clean head regularly with IPA cleaning swabs (#PCK-6), replace worn/rough platen rollers, use narrow rollers when printing narrow ribbon/narrow label combinations and avoid unnecessary high printhead heat settings
