Overview

This high power microscope is great for large-area inspection, and particularly PCB and wafer inspection. The extremely large, glass-top stage has a 10"x10" translation range, with a clutch-controlled quick-release for fast movement. It comes with a specially-designed, powerful reflected-lighting system, and long-working-distance Plan objectives. The Plan achromatic objectives assure high quality edge-to-edge clear images. The microscope also offers simple polarizing features. This microscope is ideal for anyone who needs to conduct high power inspection of semiconductors and other microelectronics, as well as metallographic applications.

Change magnifications quickly using the four-lens turret without significant refocusing thanks to the parfocal design. Using the included 10X eyepieces, the magnification range spans from 40X to 400X with four unique settings. The infinity-corrected lenses are achromatically corrected for improved resolution, and flat-field corrected to ensure edge-to-edge sharpness.
