Overview
Key Features:
- 50X to 750X magnification using four metallurgical objective lenses and 10X and 15X eyepieces for eight unique settings.
- An inverted microscope with simple polarization for manufacturing, QC, and materials analysis
- The infinity-corrected optical system reduces distortion and improves color accuracy.
- Use a combination of brightfield and simple polarization to bring out complex details such as stress in metal and other materials.
- The inverted format supports heavier and irregular samples like cut ore and metal fragments.
- The trinocular head provides a dedicated photo port for adding a camera for recording photos and videos.
This professional trinocular inverted polarizing metallurgical microscope comes with infinity metallurgical objectives and Epi-Kohler illumination. It offers a range of magnifications designed to observe, identify and analyze the structures of metals and alloys. It comes with super widefield infinity optics, polarizer & Analyzer, quintuple nosepiece, 30W wide band voltage (85V-230V) EPI-Kohler illumination, and double-layer mechanical stage with coaxial coarse & fine focusing. This microscope is great for studying metallography, heat treatment and metal physics. It is widely used in the inspection of crystal structures, integrated circuits, semiconductor chips, micro-electronics, and etc.
Using four infinity-corrected plan-achromatic objective lenses from 5X to 50X, a broad range of magnifications can be covered. These highly corrected lenses produce sharp, flat images from 50X to 750X when used with the included 10X eyepieces. Additional 15X eyepieces are included to extend the magnification range up to 750X, with eight unique settings.
