This microscope package comes with a high power microscope, a 10pc slide kit and the microscope book, "The World of The Microscope". It is a great package for students to learn science. The microscope offers five magnification settings, 40X, 100X, 250X, 400X and 1000X. It has full optical glass elements, metal framework, 360° rotatable monocular head, and the LED illumination system that uses either wall-power (adapter included) or three AA batteries (or re-chargeable batteries). The 10-piece slide set includes five blank slides and five prepared slides: pine stem, sunflower stem, onion epidermis, cotton stem and house fly leg.
