The Altelix NP14VFA1C-EER3 is a vented fan cooled weatherproof enclosure designed to provide added security, vandalism and protection from harsh environments, while allowing ventilation for the Amazon eero® 6 router and eero® 6 Extender. It features two 3" inch air vents with rain shields and a thermostat controlled cooling fan.

Install Your Amazon eero® 6 Securely

This sleek enclosure is molded out of UV resistant Polycarbonate + ABS, an industrial grade plastic with greater strength and durability than standard ABS. It features a gasketed hinged door with dual stainless steel latches, a stainless steel security screw and provision for padlock. Integrated mounting feet simplify installation. It meets or exceeds NEMA 3R, 3RX and IP24.

Amazon eero® 6 and eero® 6 Extender Mount

The NP14VFA1C-EER3 features a mounting cradle specifically designed for both the Amazon eero® 6 router and eero® 6 Extender. Installation is easy, simply slide the eero® 6 into the mounting cradle. For extra security and installations subject to vibrations, an optional hook and loop strap is provided to secure the eero® 6 within the mounting cradle. The mounting cradle is designed so that it will not interfere with any of the ports on the eero® 6 such as power and Ethernet.

Cooling Fan Ventilation

The NP14VFA1C-EER3 features dual 3" vents and a thermostat controlled cooling fan. The low noise, high airflow fan helps maintain lower internal temperatures. The fan turns on when the internal temperature reaches 100°F (38°C) and turns off when it drops to 79°F (26°C). The fan is wired internally so it does not require the use of the AC outlets leaving them available for internal equipment use. Rain shrouds on the front door keep rain water from entering the enclosure.

Plug and Play Setup

The NP14VFA1C-EER3 enclosure provides easy plug-n-play installation. Once the eero® 6 is securely mounted inside the enclosure, connect its power supply to the internal 120VAC power outlet. A cable gland and cable grommets on the enclosure allow cables to be connected to the device. Simply plug the enclosure's 5 foot power cord into a power outlet and you are up and running.

RF Transparent Design

The non-metallic design of the enclosure and bracket is RF transparent and will not interfere with the WiFi signal range or coverage pattern.

Complete with Cable Grommets and Glands and Wire Management Straps

For convenience, the included accessory kit contains cable grommets and glands, wall anchors, zip ties, hook-and-loop wire management straps, door locking key and more.

Multiple Mounting Options

This enclosure features (4) external mounting feet which can be used for wall mounting or with optional pole mounting kit. Mounting points are also provided inside the enclosure. These can be easily drilled out and used for applications requiring a more secure installation.
