Weatherproof Polycarbonate + ABS Construction For Extreme Durability

Navien® NR-20DU and NR-21DU Remote Contollers are used with the Navien® NPN-E, NPE-A2 and NPE-S2 tankless water heaters. The Altelix Navien® Remote Controller Enclosure is designed to offer extreme protection for the NR-20DU and NR-21DU controllers by providing added security from vandalism. The gasketed lid makes this enclosure ideal in outdoor locations or wet environments. To help prevent unauthorized access to the controller, a tamper-proof locking screw with key is provided as well as a provision for a padlock.

Construction and Features

This enclosure is molded out of UV resistant Polycarbonate + ABS, an industrial grade plastic with greater strength and durability than standard ABS. A cable gland is provided to accommodate the Navien® NR-20DU and NR-21DU wiring. Ideal for outdoor use, this enclosure meets or exceeds NEMA 1, 2, 4, 4X, 12, 13 and IEC 529 IP65, IP66. An external mounting foot is provided. For better security, internal mounting points are provided and can only be accessed from inside the enclosure.

Easy Installation

The PVC equipment mounting plate is pre-drilled for use with wall mounting bracket included with the Navien® remote controller. Simply attach the Navien® wall mount bracket to the plate using the screws provided in the accessory kit, run the controller wires through the cable gland and you are done!

For convenience, the included accessory kit contains wall anchors, zip ties, hook-and-loop wire management straps, door locking key and more.
