Vented RF Transparent Weatherproof Enclosure

The Altelix NF162012V Series Enclosures are designed with all the same rugged components as NF14 Series enclosures, but in a larger size to accommodate larger and more equipment. This enclosure features two 4 inch air vents covered by rain shields with cleanable screens which helps expel heat from the installed equipment.

No-Drill Non-Metallic Equipment Plate

This configuration consists of the FRP enclosure with hinged lid and a 1/4" thick non-metallic PVC plate for mounting and securing equipment. Due to the "No-Drill" design of this PVC plate, mounting radios and other equipment can be done simply by using self-tapping screws.

Wireless Compatibility

This RF transparent enclosure and non-metallic equipment mounting plate are ideal for wireless applications including WiFi, RFID, iOT, Cellular and more. The non-metallic materials will not interfere with the operation of wireless gear. The generous size of this enclosure and the extended lid accommodate a wide range of equipment.

Extreme Protection Built to Last

This rugged JIC style NEMA box is molded from durable UV stable and corrosion resistant fiberglass reinforced polyester (FRP) with a UL94-5V flame rating. The FRP material is dent-proof, non-conductive and RF transparent for compatibility with wireless equipment. It can be easily drilled and modified by the installer as needed. These enclosures feature improved stainless steel hinges with high quality 316 steel hinge pins for lasting durability in even the harshest of coastal conditions. The gasketed door includes stainless steel quick release latches with padlock hasps.

Increased Interior Space

The NF162012V series enclosures feature an extra deep lid, over 3 inches deep. With the generous size of this enclosure and extended lid the NF162012V can accommodate a wide range of equipment.

Aluminum Equipment Mounting Plate

This enclosure features an easy to drill aluminum equipment mounting plate. The enclosure and plate can be drilled and modified by the installer to suit unique site requirements.
