Heavy Duty Internal 4U 19" Vertical Equipment Rack

The NF162012VA1C-RV4U-H features a standard 19" 4U vertical equipment rack. The heavy duty designed of this rack is ideal for use with heavier rack mount equipment such as UPS power systems, audio amplifiers and PA system amplifiers. The rack frame mounts to a 2.0mm thick aluminum plate which can also be drilled and modified by the installer to unique site requirements. Three mounting positions for the rack are provided to accommodate a wide range of equipment sizes.

Installation Note: The max. depth of the 4U rack is 10.9" (276mm). Before ordering please check the dimensions of the equipment to be installed to ensure proper fit.

Plug and Play Power for Rapid Deployment

The Altelix NF162012VA1C-RV4U-H Enclosure features two 4 inch air vents covered by rain shields with cleanable screens which helps expel heat from the installed equipment. The NF162012VA1C-RV4U is ideal for rapid deployment because no wiring is required. Simply mount the enclosure and plug the pre-wired 5 foot power cord into a nearby outlet. Two pre-wired 120VAC power outlets inside the enclosure provide power to your equipment.

Get your project up and running quickly and transition to hard-wired later if needed. The power cord can be easily removed and the quick-connect terminal strip simplifies hard-wiring by a qualified installer.

Extreme Protection Built to Last

This rugged JIC style NEMA box is molded from durable UV stable and corrosion resistant fiberglass reinforced polyester (FRP) with a UL94-5V flame rating. The FRP material is dent-proof, non-conductive and RF transparent for compatibility with wireless equipment. It can be easily drilled and modified by the installer as needed. These enclosures feature improved stainless steel hinges with high quality 316 steel hinge pins for lasting durability in even the harshest of coastal conditions. The gasketed door includes stainless steel quick release latches with padlock hasps.

Cable Glands

The enclosure features unique PG-16 cable glands with a closed inner seal. They are installed in the open ports to maintain the NEMA rating of the enclosure when not in use. When required for use, simply punch a hole through the inner membrane, run your cables and tighten for a water-tight seal.

Stainless steel brackets are included for secure wall mounting.
