Space Saving 19" Wide Equipment Rack with Cable Management Raceway

The NF162012V-R2SU features a unique 19" wide equipment rack frame designed to accommodate rack mount equipment up to 12" inches deep in a rack only 9" inches deep. Two 1U slanted sections are provided for 12" deep equipment as well as one horizontal 2U section for equipment up to 6" inches* deep. Constructed from heavy duty powder coated steel, additional features included zip tie mounting points throughout the rack frame for cable management. Vented side panels in rack ensure maximum air flow around installed equipment. Provisions in rack to install (2) 60mm cooling fans are also provided for increased air circulation. In addition to the slanted 1U and horizontal 2U locations, a separate location is provided for the 1U cable management raceway included with the enclosure. Four cable glands are provided on the bottom of the enclosure for cables.

*Installation Note: Size of equipment installed in the slanted 1U sections may decrease max. equipment depth in horizontal 2U section to 4" inches deep.

Enclosure Ventilation

This enclosure features two 4 inch air vents covered by rain shields with cleanable screens which helps expel heat from the installed equipment.

Extreme Protection Built to Last

This rugged JIC style NEMA box is molded from durable UV stable and corrosion resistant fiberglass reinforced polyester (FRP) with a UL94-5V flame rating. The FRP material is dent-proof, non-conductive and RF transparent for compatibility with wireless equipment. It can be easily drilled and modified by the installer as needed. These enclosures feature improved stainless steel hinges with high quality 316 steel hinge pins for lasting durability in even the harshest of coastal conditions. The gasketed door includes stainless steel quick release latches with padlock hasps.

Cable Glands

The enclosure features (4) of unique PG-16 cable glands with a closed inner seal. They are installed in the open ports to maintain the NEMA rating of the enclosure when not in use. When required for use, simply punch a hole through the inner membrane, run your cables and tighten for a water-tight seal.

Mounting

Stainless steel brackets are included for secure wall mounting.
