The Allegro MAXSHIELD Flip-Front Grinding / Welding Supplied Air Respirator (SAR) is a headtop with durable construction, a large viewing area, sturdy adjustable headgear, and quick and easy visor installation and removal. Providing full-coverage, combined respiratory, eye and face protection, the MAXSHIELD is designed to help complete tough jobs in comfort. The welding flip-front is equipped with an X90VX and grind shield below that maintains respiratory protection while grinding or inspecting welds. Recommended applications are welding, assembly, facility maintenance, grinding, machine operations, and sanding. Complies with ANSI Z87+ and CSA Z94.3 for face-shield / eye protection. The system is offered as a complete system for two workers and includes two shields, one 1-1/2 hp Breathing Air pump and two 50' (15.2 m) breathing hoses.
