Short Path Distillation System, 2000mL glassware, heating and stirring package

Heating is accomplished with Ace Glass 12046-20 Glas-Col® Stirmantle system. Temperature control is provided via Ace Glass 12126-24 controller and J type probe. System is configured with Ace Glass 6944-46-24/40-34/45-24/40 2000 mL round bottom flask. Two necks are intended for temperature control and charging of the vessel while the center neck will be occupied with Ace Glass 6602-02 packable column featuring an alignment forgiving ball+socket connection to Ace Glass 6603-02 condenser. Product take-off glassware is Ace Glass 9404-20 receiver with (3) 24/40 500mL receiving flasks.

Miscellaneous items to complete the system include a 24/40 stopper, 24/40 temperature probe adapter, 24/40 Keck® style joint clips, Ace-Safe™ connections for 3/8 and 1/2" ID tubing, vacuum monitoring port plug and 1/8" FNPT adapter if monitoring is desired. If you need a vacuum pump, we recommend the Welch CRVpro4 (Ace 14113-04) 78 L/min two stage rotary vane pump with Ace Glass 12188-10 NW16 flange to hose barb adapter to fit 1/2" ID vacuum tubing. If you would like to maintain vapor temperature in the upper half of the flask, choose either Ace Glass 12047-21 or 12147-07 heating mantle, which will be powered along with the Stirmantle by using the supplied two socket 12126-24 temperature controller, or the more economical 12047-210 insulating top which requires no power.
