Ace Glass 6472-210 Clean-In-Place Complete Sprayer

Designed for cleaning ACE reactors without dismantling, or Clean-In-Place (CIP). One moving part, a rotating disc at end of extension, produces heavy droplets in a 39-inch diameter, 360° pattern to simultaneously cover entire surface of reactor. Rotating disc is constructed of carbon-filled PTFE and stainless steel. Wash fluid enters through a series of holes onto a precision-shaped disc. The disc rotates freely at high speed and the wash fluid is distributed in a dense spray. Can be operated in any position. Working pressure is 15-60 psi; maximum temperature is 120°C. For pressure and flow rates, see chart at right. Fits through openings as small as 1-1/8-inch diameter, including a 45/50 outer joint. Assembly consists of spray disc, stainless steel coupling, extension tube, elbow, nipple, and a 45/50 inner to #15 Ace-Thred glass adapter with a nylon bushing and FETFE O-Ring.
