Pressurized air flows through louvered deflector in swirling pattern, with liquids and dirt falling into lower baffle where they are prevented from reentering the air stream. Element removes impurities down to 40 microns. Clean air then passes through precision needle valve feed mist lubricator that can be filled under pressure. 150 PSIG maximum pressure range is adjustable through spring action of T-handle. Maximum operating temperature is 125°F. Manual drain. Shatter-proof polycarbonate bowls not recommended for use in atmospheres containing acetone, benzene, carbon tetrachloride, ethylene dichloride, gasoline or toluene. Inlet and outlet connections are 1/4-inch NPT. Supplied complete with gauge and mounting bracket.
