Blank Numbered Tags

Save time with dual use Blank Tags for immediate situation.

Attach two-part tags with blank spaces to write in any required action. Use bottom perforated portion two ways: when action is performed , tear off to leave top portion to identify revised status; or tear off to use as notification to resposbile party to initiate action, while top portion provides current action taken. It"s like having two tags in one, eliminating the need to re-tag when the status changes.

Tags are printed with random start sequential numbering that match on top and bottom for tracking and documentation.

PF-Cardstock - Tear-resistant, Waterproof, Pulp-free - no wood pulp or paper content. Pliable 10-mil poly-based tags will not crack, distort, or shrink. Ideal for indoor and short-term outdoor conditions. Scuff-resistant, matte surface. 3/8" hole.

RP-Plastic - High-strength, tear-resistant, weather-resistant, and chemical-resistant for dirty and greasy environments. 15-mil thick rigid plastic, relatively bendable and ideal for indoor and outdoor temporary tagging applications. Mar-resistant, matte surface. 3/8" hole w/ reinforced metal grommet.
