Accuform PRB390 Receiver Head - for Barrier Post Stakes

Receiver Head For use with Retractable Belt, Barrier Post Stakes (sold separately)
The Receiver Head is what holds the retractable belt in place. It slides onto the Barrier Post Stakes and then the Belt Head also slides onto the Barrier Post Stakes, which then in turn slide into the Hollow Base. Now you have a complete barrrier system for temporaray hazards, parking lots, etc.

This product slides into the Barrier Post Stakes and the retractable belt gets attached.
