Placard is Pressure-Sensitive Vinyl. Create your hazard codes with black on clear number and symbol hazard panels, printed on self-adhesive Polyester. Apply to smooth, clean, dry surface.  Cover with clear vinyl over-laminate with non-slip surface - protecting the legend in high traffic and harsh environments.

Each kit includes:

• One blank placard

• 15 numbers (three sets of 0-4)

• Specific Hazard symbols (OX, ACID, COR, ALK, SA, Radiation Symbol and Use No Water)
