In addition to the locking out, tags are required to mark and identify the lockout situation. Tags have space for the identity of the person involved in the lockout procedure, as well as department name, expected completion date, and additional notes as required for further lockout clarification. Nearly indestructible, tags withstand tough, abusive, dirty, and greasy conditions. Poly-laminated on both sides with writeable matte surface. 5 5/8" x 3 1/16" with 3/8" hole, reinforced by a pull-proof, metal grommet.
