Mitutoyo 519-554A M-554 Analog Mu-checker, Differential Type, Inch

The switchable resolutions/ranges make the Mitutoyo Mu-Checker suitable for an array of applications. Both the analog and digital Mu-Checker models are ideal for step and sheet thickness measurements.

Connect up to six gages to a single EV Counter 519 series unit, extendable up to 10 units (60 gages max) to configure a multi-point measurement system. This allows for several different types of measurements in different areas of the workpiece to be collected simultaneously for placement and quality control.

Features:

• Compatible with series 519 MU-checker/LVDT probes
• Output: I/O output for tolerance judgment (Go/No-Go), segment output, BCD and RS-232C
• Normal measurement, peak measurement (max, min, TIR) or differential measurement between gages is possible
• External controls allow for zero-setting, presetting, changing modes, etc.
