A high resolution, non-digital Mitutoyo micrometer head with M12 clamp-nut stem and heavy-duty Ø 8mm non-rotating spindle fitted with flat tungsten-carbide tip.  The differential screw mechanism in this Mitutoyo micrometer head provides extra-fine feeding of the spindle for highly accurate adjustments and measurements. Its non-rotating spindle eliminates torque for added precision. The spindle has a flat measuring face constructed of carbide and is lapped for lasting precision.
