The NEW SZN-4T matches high-resolution optics with a brawny boom stand for demanding biological and industrial applications. The SZN series shows improvements in resolution, contrast, and distortion compared to our staple SM & ZM series. This model is especially popular in the manufacturing, QC, repair, and engraving industries thanks to its ease of use and reliability. This trinocular model has an additional port for mounting a camera, so you can record videos or photos without replacing an eyepiece. With its wide zoom range and double-arm boom stand, this model will become an indispensable instrument in any workshop or lab.

Enhanced features include the ability to set a minimum magnification level by locking the zoom knob, adjustable zoom click intensity, and a shutter pin to switch back and forth between binocular and trinocular modes.

Optics

The advanced optical system in the SZN series microscope produces higher resolutions throughout its zoom range, with stunning contrast and color accuracy. The 0.67X-4.5X objective lenses offer excellent focus depth and a large working distance, with symmetrical zoom knobs to easily move through magnifications. 10X and 25X eyepieces are included, as well as 0.3X and 2X Barlow lenses to provide an expanded magnification range from 2X-225X, with high-eyepoint optics to accommodate glasses or goggles.

Dual ocular diopters can be adjusted to maintain a consistent focus, greatly improving productivity. Sliding interpupillary adjusters ensure each user can properly align the eyepieces for comfortable viewing.

Trinocular Port

A Dedicated Port for Imaging

The switched trinocular photo port provides a dedicated mount for a camera. When the photo port is switched open, all light from the left objective is diverted to the port to provide maximum brightness for the camera to guarantee the best quality images.

Double-arm Boom-Stand

Heavy-duty, Multi-pivoting Support

The multi-pivoting, double-arm stand provides a stable, flexible support system. A drop-down column allows the head to be positioned at virtually any angle. Ball bearings provide smooth movement of the lateral arms, which can easily pivot the microscope out of the way when it is unnecessary. The heavy, steel base ensures the stability of the microscope, even when laden with attachments.

Digital Imaging

Monitor and capture photos and videos an optional USB camera. The C-mount camera is specially designed for use with microscopes, allowing you to watch live images, and to record photos or videos on your computer. This ability to view microscopic images on your computer reduces eye strain and allows groups of people to view images at the same time. A 0.5X reduction lens is included to capture more of the microscope's field of view. Our professional software for Windows provides a wide assortment of capture and photo-editing functions including color correction, time-lapse capture, image stitching, and a full complement of measuring tools. A lite version of our software is available for Mac and Linux with essential functionality for capturing photos and videos.

Illuminator

Powerful 50W LED Illumination System with Fiber-optic Ring-light and Dual Gooseneck lights

This new LED fiber optic microscope illuminator provides strong, even and cool daylight illumination. It comes with 50 Watt, 790 lumen LED light source, ring-light, and dual gooseneck lights. The light source has a built-in heat filter for cool light . This LED light has radiator and cooling space which allows no cooling off time needed after use. The inside fan design also allows the unit to work with very low noise. This cool high intensity lighting system is excellent for biological and electronic applications.
